The bedroom you find a queen size double bed and plenty of storage room - with airconditioning in bedroom. The bathroom is off the bedroom and there is a very nice sunny south facing balcony - with access from the bedroom.

This sunny top floor (6th floor) apartment is 10 minutes walk from the beach, Nice city centre and old town. It is located in the Musiciens quarter with many local restaurants and shops within 2 minutes walk.

The apartment is in a traditional Bourgeois style building - is has a lovely bright round living room which is in a the top corner tower with three windows, which have beautiful views to surrounding hills around Nice. The apartment is on 6th floor (with lift) however the final floor from the 5th to 6th floor you have to walk up stairs (approx. 20 steps)

The charming and bright circular living room has 3 large windows facing south and west a good quality sofabed and comfy armchair. There is a TV with english news channels including BBC world and CNN and free of charge Wifi/ADSL internet access. There is a sunny, south-facing balcony is off the bedroom and has enough room for you to enjoy your croissant and coffee in the morning.

En-suite bathroom has a rain shower and bath tub, as well as a sky-light window and hand basin and WC - there is a separate quest toilet and hand basin between kitchen and livingroom.

The kitchen area has full kitchen facilities, oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher - with cooking utensils - the washing machine is in the 2nd WC room.
